Once upon a time in a small seaside town of the Peloponnese, where construction had ceased for more than a decade and time stood still...

... there blossomed a new residential intervention like a flower in the desert!

A local ex-resident approched us, to design and build a new three story residential building that will accommodate a local suburban farmer and his wife. The function of the building will serve the suburban farming lifestyle and its basement will serve as storage, preservation and transportation station of local produce.

This building will be the first new local building in many years and we hope that it will bring back life and light to the small forgotten town of Xylokastro.
