DARE studio is a practice that engages in Design, Architecture, Research & Environment,
which contributes to its multidisciplinary approach.
It is based in Greece and operates all across the country & Europe.
Each and every project is designed with great respect to the surrounding environment aiming to preserve and enhance the local character of each area.
With our design and architectural proposals we aim to not only fullfill the clients' brief, dream and vision but to also bring added value to their property, resulting in a worthwhile investment.

Stefania Triantafyllou Creator of DAREstudio, stefania.triant@gmail.com
Stefania is an architect registered in the Tenchnical Chamber of Greece (TEE), in UK’s Architects’ Registration Board (ARB) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). She studied at the Architectural Association (AA) in London where she gained the AA Diploma, ARB/RIBA Part 1, 2 & 3 (with distinction).
She has lived in London for 12 years and amongst other practices has also worked for 6 years at the award winning, internationally acclaimed Hopkins Architects Ltd practice in London on Hospitality, Luxury Residential, Senior Living, Office, Retail and Sports projects. Specializing in Hospitality design she held lead position in the design and implementation process of the 5* Peninsula London Hotel, which is currently under construction.
Stefania has also taught at the AA as a visiting tutor and has worked for AA Semester School publications.
Stathis Triantafyllou Construction Manager & Civil Engineer
Stathis is a civil engineer registered in the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) with over 30 years of experience in developing, designing and constructing anti-seismic buildings all over Greece as well as managing and supervising their construction process.
Over the years he has helped numerous clients to invest in beautiful properties in Greece. From finding the right plot of land, to dealing with the local authorities and planning committees until the final product.
Additionally Stathis is the developer, manager and owner of the country boutique hotel 'Helydorea' located on the mountain of Ziria in Corinth - for which he has received honourary awards from the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness.
George Triantafyllou Civil Engineer, Corporate Finance, MBA
George is a civil engineer with more than 6 years of professional experience in engineering consulting at SNC-Lavalin’s Atkins in London, and in construction at Carey Group in London and at TROIA Group in Greece. George also holds the Managing Director role at Edelweiss Corporate Finance in Germany with strong focus on the Greek market, striving to bring Greece closer to European, Russian, Middle East and Asian markets, and vice versa, combining best global practices, with latest financial & digital instruments particularly focusing on M&A and Real Estate.
George holds an engineering degree from City University London and an MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management as scholarship holder with focus on M&A and strategy consulting.
